Featuring an aerodynamic body design and an internal weight transfer system, which allows the Pencil 130 to cast like a bullet and produce a noisy rattling sound as it is worked across the surface, it is also crafted with a small sphere molded under the chin that makes walking-the-dog an effortless task and also forces the Pencil 130 to roll and flash its gill plates to attract more strikes.
